Emotional Intelligence Profile

The EISP uses Degree of Structure and Motivation as scales to create a four-quadrant grid that describes the style of Emotional Intelligence people are most likely to use. The four styles-Reflective, Conceptual, Empathetic, and Organized-are plotted in the quadrants relative to the individual's score. Interpretive material is included.
